Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Practo. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

5. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
