Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Industrial APAC Sales Operation Team in India. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our sales teams, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor relationships, ensuring timely updates to customer contracts and master data in SAP.
  • Develop and implement distributor promotional programs in the India region, providing training and recommendations to sales teams.
  • Drive digitalization of sales processes by training sales representatives on CRM systems like Salesforce and coaching them on efficient tool usage.
  • Own the quotation process for listed articles, ensuring best-in-class customer response times and serving as an active interface between sales teams and internal functions like SCM, business analytics, and plant.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics specialist to enhance business analytics reports and leverage synergies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in sales, quotation, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Excellent training and communication skills to effectively train and guide sales representatives.
  • Very good English skills.
