Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads by cold-calling potential customers and identifying their needs.
  • Contact and follow up with prospective customers through outbound calls.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
