Job Role Overview
As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in and check-out processes, reservation management, and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and basic computer knowledge. A pleasant personality and good communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest arrivals and departures
- Manage room reservations and booking systems
- Interact with guests to ensure a smooth stay
- Handle phone calls and front desk operations
- Assist with daily reports and accounts
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Requirements:
- Freshers or graduates with a degree in a relevant field preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Knowledge of Hindi an added advantage
