- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Handle incoming calls and redirect or keep messages
- Receive and distribute letters, packages, etc.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
- Maintain updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
