Sales and Business Development Lead

Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage the sales, collection, and operations teams within the region, providing strategic guidance and setting clear targets for the team.
This position entails driving incremental growth in the book size while maintaining the health and hygiene of the portfolio. Key responsibilities include ensuring sales and collection targets are met or exceeded, sourcing tie-ups with relevant agents to expand the network and identify new business opportunities.
