Business Development Executive Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate qualified leads through online platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients primarily through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client requirements, effectively communicate project scope, and propose solutions.
- Regularly update clients on project status and deliverables.
- Upwork Profile Management:
- Proactively manage Upwork profile, bid on relevant projects, and communicate with potential clients.
- Build a strong online presence and portfolio to attract and engage clients on Upwork.
- Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines to close deals successfully.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors' offerings.
- Gather insights to develop strategies for positioning services in the competitive market.
- Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs assigned by the organization.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, follow-ups, and prospects in CRM.
- Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with project management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and potential service improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, and client handling.
- Proficiency in Upwork platform and other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate pricing and project timelines effectively.
- Client Management: Experience in handling international clients and managing client relationships.
- CRM: Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
