
Business Development Opportunities in IT Sales

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business development processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industry trends to drive business growth.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking efforts.
- Pitch company services to potential clients and follow up on new business opportunities with a focus on sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, and client discussions to facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and client solutions that meet their needs.
- Track and report business development activities and results regularly to measure success.
- Fresher's with good knowledge of Business Development and Marketing can also apply for this role.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are necessary for building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce is a must.
- Experience in B2B sales, Marketing, Business Development, or IT software sales is highly valued.
- Familiarity with programming languages or sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- A basic understanding of business development, marketing, and digital sales strategies is desirable.
