
Senior Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our OEM and contractor management efforts, as well as drive the success of greenfield projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in sales, engineering equipment, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering results.
The successful candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of contractors and consultants to ensure comprehensive coverage of key regions
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, engineering equipment, and project management
- Strong understanding of the industry and its trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
