We are a financial services organization dedicated to making financial planning accessible and simple for every individual.

We're seeking a dynamic soft skills trainer who can enhance communication, client engagement, and professional effectiveness across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training modules on soft skills, business communication, grooming, etiquette, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions focused on client relationship management, financial product awareness, and consultative selling skills.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and refresher trainings for existing employees.
  • Use roleplays, case studies, mock client interactions, and simulations to ensure practical learning.
  • Customize training content as per audience (field sales, telesales, advisors, relationship managers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify performance gaps and address them with structured training interventions.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance improvement metrics.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to underperformers through individual development plans.
Requirements:

Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of experience in soft skills and sales training, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales, B2C customer handling, and financial products (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, SIPs).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create training decks, reports, and digital learning content.
  • Energetic, confident, and professional with a customer-first approach.
  • Master's degree (preferably full-time) in HR, Psychology, Finance, or related fields.
