Job Title: Freelance Soft Skills & Leadership Trainer – Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida

We are looking for an experienced
Freelance Soft Skills & Leadership Trainer
to deliver engaging, impactful, and results-oriented training programs for our corporate clients across
Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida
.

Location:
Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida)

Engagement:
Freelance / On-Demand Assignments

Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of
core training delivery experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions on soft skills and leadership development
  • Adapt content and methodology to suit audience profile and client objectives
  • Engage participants through experiential learning, case studies, and real-world examples
  • Provide post-training feedback and participant evaluations

  • Proven track record of delivering
    corporate training
    in areas such as:
  • Leadership Development
  • Communication Skills
  • Team Building & Collaboration
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Conflict Management & Negotiation
  • Time & Stress Management
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements

Eligibility:

  • 10–15 years of core training experience
    in soft skills and leadership
  • Experience in both
    offline and online training delivery
    is preferred
  • Certifications in leadership, behavioural training, or facilitation (preferred)
