Impactful Voice and Accent Trainer
Are you a skilled trainer with experience in voice and accent or soft skills?
This freelance training requirement is for the impactful delivery to early-career professionals preparing for voice-based customer service or client-interaction roles. We need a trainer who can deliver sessions on phonetics, voice drills, accent neutralization, and correct English pronunciation as well as conduct communication and soft skills sessions covering grammar, sentence construction, comprehension, and business communication.

Responsibilities include:
- Delivering training on corporate etiquette, professional responsibility, and role ownership
- Facilitating discussions on respectful workplace communication, avoiding bias, and POSH awareness
- Using structured frameworks, voice drills, and activities to address pronunciation gaps and improve articulation
- Ensuring sessions are interactive, engaging, and activity-driven

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of training experience in Voice & Accent or Soft Skills domain
- Proven experience in corporate training programs
- Strong understanding of syllable stress, intonation patterns, articulation exercises (for V&A trainers)
- Demonstrated ability to train on communication, comprehension, and corporate etiquette (for Soft Skills trainers)
- Excellent presentation and engagement skills
- Based out of Delhi / Noida
