Voice and Accent Coach for Global Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to lead training programs for new hires and existing employees in global customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an international business process outsourcing (BPO) setting, with a proven track record of improving language, pronunciation, and accent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver voice and accent coaching for new hires and existing employees supporting international processes.
  • Conduct assessments and provide actionable feedback to improve language, pronunciation, and accent.
  • Create and update training modules tailored to global customer service standards.
  • Perform regular communication audits and provide floor support/coaching based on training needs.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and learning and development teams to identify communication-related gaps and address them through structured interventions.
  • Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to maintain high communication standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 13 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an international BPO is mandatory.
