Job Description

As a Voice and Accent Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering sessions on phonetics, voice drills, accent neutralization, and correct English pronunciation. You will also conduct communication and soft skills sessions covering grammar, sentence construction, comprehension, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions on phonetics, voice drills, accent neutralization, and correct English pronunciation
  • Conduct sessions on communication and soft skills, including grammar, sentence construction, comprehension, and business communication
  • Deliver training on corporate etiquette, professional responsibility, and role ownership
  • Facilitate discussions on respectful workplace communication, avoiding bias, and POSH awareness
  • Use structured frameworks, voice drills, and activities to address pronunciation gaps and improve articulation

We are looking for a trainer who can ensure that sessions are engaging, activity-driven, and tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the Voice & Accent or Soft Skills domain
  • Proven experience in corporate training programs, with a strong understanding of syllable stress, intonation patterns, and articulation exercises
  • Demonstrated ability to train on communication, comprehension, and corporate etiquette
  • Excellent presentation and engagement skills
  • A strong presence in Delhi / Noida
