AI Model Training Specialist

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to support our AI projects as specialists.

The role involves labeling, tagging, categorizing, and validating data to ensure high-quality datasets for artificial intelligence models. A high level of accuracy is required in this role to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annotate and label data (text, images, audio, video) accurately according to defined guidelines.
  • Review and validate existing annotations to maintain quality standards.
  • Identify inconsistencies and provide feedback for guideline improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure data privacy and follow organizational compliance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Prior experience in data labeling/annotation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts or annotation tools is a plus.
