About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented Data Annotation Specialists to support our AI/ML projects. The role involves labeling, tagging, categorizing, and validating data (text, images, audio, or video) to ensure high-quality datasets that help train and improve artificial intelligence models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately annotate and label data (text, images, audio, video) as per defined guidelines.
- Review and validate existing annotations to maintain quality standards.
- Identify inconsistencies and provide feedback for guideline improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines.
- Ensure data privacy and follow organizational compliance policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Prior experience in data labeling/annotation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or annotation tools is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving project needs.
