This is freelance - trainer requirement for the impactful delivery to the early-career professionals preparing for voice-based customer service or client-interaction roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sessions on phonetics, voice drills, accent neutralization, and correct English pronunciation
  • Conduct communication and soft skills sessions covering grammar, sentence construction, comprehension, and business communication
  • Deliver training on corporate etiquette, professional responsibility, and role ownership
  • Facilitate discussions on respectful workplace communication, avoiding bias, and POSH awareness
  • Use structured frameworks, voice drills, and activities to address pronunciation gaps and improve articulation
  • Ensure sessions are interactive, engaging, and activity-driven

Duration: 100 hours - Weekdays[Monday to Saturday]

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of training experience in Voice & Accent or Soft Skills domain
  • Proven experience in corporate training programs
  • Strong understanding of syllable stress, intonation patterns, articulation exercises (for V&A trainers)
  • Demonstrated ability to train on communication, comprehension, and corporate etiquette (for Soft Skills trainers)
  • Excellent presentation and engagement skills
  • Must be based out of Delhi / Noida
