As a voice and accent coach, this experienced professional will deliver impactful sessions to early-career professionals preparing for voice-based customer service or client-interaction roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured training on phonetics, voice drills, accent neutralization, and correct English pronunciation
  • Conduct communication and soft skills sessions covering grammar, sentence construction, comprehension, and business communication
  • Train on corporate etiquette, professional responsibility, and role ownership
  • Facilitate discussions on respectful workplace communication, avoiding bias, and POSH awareness
  • Use interactive and engaging approaches to address pronunciation gaps and improve articulation

This trainer must have a strong understanding of syllable stress, intonation patterns, and articulation exercises.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in Voice & Accent or Soft Skills training and excellent presentation skills.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions that cater to the needs of early-career professionals.

In addition to their technical expertise, they will also need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with participants.
