Corporate Communications Specialist

This role requires an experienced trainer who can teach professionals to communicate effectively with clients. The focus will be on specialized training in American English pronunciation, syllable stress, intonation, and accent neutralization, as well as teaching U.S. geography, time zones, business etiquette, and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions on American English accent, pronunciation, intonation, and syllable stress.
  • Provide coaching on neutralizing mother tongue influence (MTI) and improving voice clarity and modulation.
  • Teach U.S. geography (states, regions, time zones) and cultural nuances relevant to business interactions.
  • Conduct sessions on business etiquette, professional communication, and client engagement strategies.
  • Create interactive modules, exercises, and role-plays tailored to corporate requirements.
  • Evaluate participants' communication skills, provide structured feedback, and track progress.
  • Develop confidence and interpersonal effectiveness through one-on-one and group coaching.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align training with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer / Corporate Communications Trainer preferred.
  • Strong expertise in American English accent, stress patterns, and cultural communication.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. geography, time zones, and workplace culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in American English.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and motivational skills.
