Senior IT Systems Expert

We're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Systems Expert to lead our implementation projects. As the key point of contact, you'll be responsible for simplifying complex IT solutions for clients across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:
.Lead project teams and oversee all aspects of implementation.
.Develop and review project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
.Facilitate client decision-making processes and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
.Create functional requirement documents and manage stakeholder expectations.
.Ensure accurate application documentation and suggest improvements in system development.
.Mentor technical leads and developers, handle team issues, and drive issue resolution.
.Identify risks, benefits, and impact on business from existing and proposed solutions.
.Support implementation, training, and testing of solutions.
.Assist in establishing change management processes and supporting business transition.
.Build relationships with customers at ground level and mid-management levels to manage accounts effectively.
