Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Expert to help our clients achieve their business objectives. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will play a critical role in driving business success.

  • Elicit and clearly document business requirements, creating artefacts that meet client needs.
  • Develop user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications for client engagements, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Negotiate stakeholder expectations and manage customer relationships, developing effective communication processes to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal project teams on business requirements.
  • Manage issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, and meeting schedules.
  • Support customers during UAT and perform functional testing to ensure requirements are met.
