Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering training programs, as well as experience in coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training modules based on communication training programs.
  • Conduct new hire training and assessments.
  • Coach and mentor agents to improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and soft skills.
  • Ensure that Quality, CSAT, Resolution scores meet defined norms within the first month of production.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruiting trainers/trainees.
  • Ensure adherence to client-driven SOPs and BEST T&D compliance.
  • Manage a team of trainers and prepare them through TTT/Platform skills certification.
  • Liaise with Central MIS/Admin dept./HR/Payroll for training resource availability.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective New Hire training processes.
  • Prepare and attend business/client reviews and work on action plans to improve business performance.
  • Understand root cause analysis and reasons for better performance.
  • Interact with the IT team for creation and deletion of IDs for new team members.
  • Process Excellence and Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
