Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Success & Support
    • Deliver tailored one-on-one and group training sessions to meet client needs.
    • Develop and update customized workout plans for optimal results.
    • Ensure clients use proper techniques to prevent injuries and maintain motivation.
  • Fitness Assessment & Goal Setting
    • Conduct thorough fitness assessments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with clients to set realistic, achievable fitness goals and track progress.
  • Member Engagement & Retention
    • Nurture strong relationships with clients to drive motivation and retention.
    • Provide guidance on healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits.
    • Encourage participation in gym events and challenges.
  • Safety & Equipment Management
    • Maintain a clean and safe training environment at all times.
    • Monitor equipment usage and report any issues or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate with front desk and sales teams to optimize coaching packages.
    • Participate in trainer meetings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
