Trainer Role

We seek individuals who can create personalized fitness plans and lead motivating training sessions.

About the Position

The role involves conducting workouts, designing workout programs, and ensuring a safe, engaging training environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Support
    • Lead one-on-one and group training sessions according to gym schedules.
    • Create and update customized workout plans for clients.
    • Educate clients on proper techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Fitness Assessments and Goal Setting
    • Conduct fitness assessments for new and existing clients.
    • Determine realistic, achievable fitness goals with clients.
    • Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Client Engagement and Retention
    • Build rapport with clients to maintain motivation and retention.
    • Offer dietary and lifestyle guidance (basic nutrition).
    • Encourage client participation in gym events and challenges.
  • Safety and Equipment Management
    • Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely.
    • Supervise the gym floor to maintain discipline and cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate with the front desk and sales team for trainer packages.
    • Participate in trainer meetings, workshops, and skill development programs.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, INFS, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of practical training experience in gyms/fitness centers.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition basics.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude and customer focus.
