We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Design & Delivery: Develop and conduct structured training sessions for trainers on professional behavior, soft skills, sales techniques, cross-selling, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Trainer Evaluation & Development: Assess trainers' performance, share constructive feedback, and create individual development plans.
