About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor (Trainee), your primary responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and guiding students on our school curriculum
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to parents and students through in-house counselling sessions
  • Converting potential leads into admissions through expert sales strategies
  • Developing long-lasting relationships with students and their families
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
