  • As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging with potential customers and converting leads into program enrollments through structured inside sales efforts.

  • You will make outbound calls to company-provided leads and utilize your exceptional communication skills to convert them into paying customers.

  • With a strong process orientation and revenue-focused mindset, you will understand customer profiles and provide tailored course recommendations that meet their needs.

  • Conduct engagement-driven discussions to onboard students into learning programs and manage the entire sales funnel using a CRM system from initial contact to conversion.

  • Stay updated on course offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to drive sales.

  • Deliver consistent performance in a high-pressure, target-driven environment and handle objections in a consultative manner to close sales.

  • Requirements:

    • Graduate in BE/BTech, BSc, BCA, MSc, or MCA (CS/IT background preferred).
    • Excellent communication, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
    • Strong process orientation and revenue-focused mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured inside sales methodology.
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
