Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the tracking and management of inventory, including conducting audits and reconciliations.
    • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Oversee all regulatory reporting requirements.
  • General Accounting Duties
    • Reconcile all accounts within the required timeframe.
    • Consolidate all financial statements and ensure their accuracy.
Requirements We Seek In You
  • Minimum Qualifications / Skills
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Relevant years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Supervisory experience may be required for managerial roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications/Skills
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage vast amounts of numerical data.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
