Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the partner strategy to drive mutual success.
  • Identify and onboard key partners that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define program requirements, benefits, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries and support.
  • Monitor and measure program performance, analyzing key metrics and providing regular reports to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience with 5+ years of project management/project management experience and minimum 3 years of managing IT digital security projects.
  • Proven experience in systems integration and/or implementation.
  • Proven solutions delivery experience in large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and the professional services landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
