**Job Title:** Senior Communication Coach

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced communication coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules, coaching and mentoring agents, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective communication training programs.
  • Conduct new hire communication training and assessments.
  • Coach and mentor agents to improve spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and soft skills.
  • Evaluate and ensure that Quality, CSAT, Resolution scores for the batch meet defined norms within the first month of production.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure New Hire training process runs effectively.
  • Prepare and attend business/client reviews and work on action plans to improve business performance.
  • Process Excellence and Process Improvement Initiatives.
  • Engaging Communication.
  • Develop and train others in effective communication techniques.
  • Support and monitor new trainees during On the Job Training (OJT) period.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Proven track record of improving business performance.
