Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in their respective regions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.

 

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Education: PG/MBA
