Job Title: Regional Commercial Excellence Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Excellence Director to join our team at HM Clause. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current go-to-market strategies and suggest new tactics to improve sales effectiveness and customer business trends.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategic decisions and play a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach.
- Establish a commercial operating methodology that enables the Region to manage commercial activities, sales funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and monitor sales campaigns based on ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial (sales and operations) processes and identify and support the roll-out of tools related to sales activities.
- Lead global commercial excellence initiatives in the Region and set KPIs linked with performance and continuous sales improvements.
- Assess regional performance, identify performance gaps and drivers, develop action plans and deploy resources as needed.
- Coach team members to deliver high performance and promote a ROI mindset.
- Work within the Region and with other Business Units to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results.
Management:
- Manage the Regional Marketing Communication Manager and its associated teams.
- Oversee Marcom strategic campaigns in alignment with commercial efficiency objectives.
- Create a culture of entrepreneurship and results.
- Foster best practice and knowledge sharing across Sales Areas/Regions.
- Develop managerial processes, meetings and forums to steer the team and ensure regional coordination, governance, and execution.
- Hire, onboard, and develop team members, fostering a culture of profitable growth.
