Client Engagement and Services Director

Overview: We are seeking a Client Engagement and Services Lead to enhance our client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Feedback Mechanism: Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to gather client insights, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to align services with client needs and expectations.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding clients' evolving needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Training and Development: Support the development and training of team members to enhance service delivery and client management skills.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related field, preferably within a design or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes and the digital product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
