Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Solutions Director to join our team at Shobiz Experiential. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong client management skills, business acumen, and event expertise.

About the Role

The Senior Client Services Manager will be responsible for servicing existing clients, acquiring new clients, and ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery. Key responsibilities include ideating based on client briefs, managing project budgets, and being the point of contact for clients throughout the event management process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 10 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the events industry. You should have market knowledge and proven working experience in a relevant role, as well as post-graduation/graduation qualifications. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are also essential.

Preferred Skills

We are looking for a goal-oriented, organized team player who is eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories. Ability to develop effective presentations and proposals, and deliver these to decision makers, is a must. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
