Position Overview:
As the Client Engagement and Services Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This remote role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of client engagement and service management, ready to take our client relationships to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to gather client insights, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to align services with client needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding clients' evolving needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Support the development and training of team members to enhance service delivery and client management skills.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related field, preferably within a design or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes and the digital product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
