Lead Digital Transformation in Global Healthcare

An exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in global healthcare and create lasting impact in advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) at scale.

  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps by leading project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment, while managing vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors to deliver secure, efficient, and timely solutions within 12 months.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale IT system design and implementation, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.
