Transformation Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to drive a critical transformation of our IT department. This role is not just about leadership, but also about building, innovating, and directly impacting business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Transformation: Drive a complete IT transformation from strategy to execution, redefining our IT landscape and turning it into a competitive advantage.
  • Quantifiable Impact: Demonstrate tangible impact by optimizing IT spend and showing clear ROI, drastically reducing defects and enhancing service delivery, directly impacting EBITDA through IT-driven efficiencies, and championing innovation with AI & Automation.
  • Building a Strategic IT Function: Realign IT with core business objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and establish robust governance.

Requirements:

A seasoned IT leader with:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).
  • Proven hands-on experience and comfort working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
  • A track record of successfully transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality (defects), and performance (EBITDA).
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
  • Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
