Transformation Leader Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive strategic and operational transformation across our Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

This role will lead modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption, while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have global experience and a proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact transformation programs.

About the Opportunity

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Overseeing the identification, prioritization, and delivery of opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, AI, and data analytics across internal operations and customer-facing functions.
  • Establishing governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the insurance industry, preferably in the P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems.
