Business Development Role
- We are seeking a Results-Oriented Business Developer to join our team, responsible for acquiring quality higher variants of CASA, qualified and activated higher CASA variants.
- The ideal candidate will acquire CASA values by sourcing high-value accounts during the month in Indian Rupees (INR).
- This role requires Cross-Selling Insurance Products, mutual funds, gold investments, trade/foreign exchange services, and assets management products to existing customers.
- A strong focus on building Long-Term Customer Relationships is essential for success in this position.
- Additionally, the successful candidate must adhere strictly to Yes Personality Guidelines and ensure timely escalation of business-impacting issues with suitable solutions.
- The role demands strict compliance with KYC and Operational Risk Policies.
- The ideal candidate must also comply with all bank policies and processes, ensuring the safety and security of both bank and customer assets.
- Frequent MIS Report Submission is required to track business progress.
