Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for providing business-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, using statistical tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and identify potential issues in production or supply chains.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, sales, and marketing, to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and market trends to help improve product offerings, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamlining processes and improving data accuracy, while ensuring high-quality data is maintained throughout.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business intelligence or analytics field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Statistical Analysis & Machine Learning: A deep understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques is essential for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
