Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will play a vital role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and success.

About the Role:

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing complex dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau. You will also analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks. Your insights will support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills).
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
