About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Edwizo. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through effective CRM strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize CRM processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, customer success, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
