Customer Service Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Process Manager to join our team at Forest Essentials. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and operating our India CRM process.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage our India CRM process, utilizing chat, email, and voice platforms to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and respond to customer queries received via call, email, and chat platforms, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to predefined SLA's.
- Liaise with inter-linked functions to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- Analyze and derive reports to understand performance metrics across key consumer touchpoints, driving business growth and improvement.
- Experience in working with CRM systems such as Zendesk and Freshdesk is required.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- 2-4 years of experience in online customer handling via chat, email, and voice processes.
