We are Recruiting India, a leading organization seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time position based in the city.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. They should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the willingness to adapt to rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and phone in a timely and professional manner. This includes providing accurate and complete information, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, and identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with minimum 6 months to 1 year of documented experience preferably in a chat and voice process. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A strong problem-solving and decision-making skillset is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, with proficiency in other regional languages being a plus.

This role involves working on a blended process, with 70% Chat and 30% Voice. The successful candidate will be expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and phone
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year documented experience required preferably in a chat and voice process
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, proficiency in other regional languages is a plus

Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹400,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
