Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Process Developer, Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and improvement. You will need to exhibit innovation and intuition in your work.

You will respond to customer queries and concerns, provide support on customers' accounts, and improve their experience. Additionally, you will be able to provide great customer service, solve customer issues, and upsell products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach. Your proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, as well as your ability to work on a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Work experience in customer service, preferably in credit cards or banking
  • Relevant experience in chat, email, or voice customer service roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Minimum qualifications include:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding abilities
