Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Process Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the plant, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with field personnel to ensure seamless operation of the plant.
  • Measure and record process parameters in collaboration with the Shift In-Charge.
  • Monitor product quality and maintain it within defined ranges.
  • Maintain effective communication with the laboratory for feedback on product quality.
  • Execute safety procedures and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
  • Perform routine functional tests on plant systems and report malfunctions.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of chemicals and ensure cleanliness of control rooms.
Environmental and Health Safety Considerations
  • Ensure operational activities meet or exceed regulatory requirements for public, employee, and environmental safety.
  • Implement work permit systems and suggest improvements.
  • Report hazardous conditions and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Self/Team Development
  • Review and monitor team performance, providing developmental support as needed.
  • Complete IDP Execution for self and team members.
  • Recommend training for team development and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Develop team knowledge and skills to meet organizational needs.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate
