We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Sort Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed, and monitoring key metrics.

Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the execution of transportation processes from fulfillment centers to customers, leveraging our Sort Center network to optimize efficiency and productivity.

This role involves defining, building, and implementing transportation processes that meet operational requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Customer Service, Fulfillment Centers, and Projects, to coordinate matters related to Sort Center operations.
