Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled operations leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading production teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining all EHS guidelines, protocols, and standards to achieve a zero-accident goal.
  • Ensures overall production of all lines with utmost safety and quality standards.
  • Monitors and controls production schedules, achieving annual targets.
  • Conducts regular product costing analysis in consultation with supply chain, QC, and finance teams.
  • Fosters process improvement, cost optimization, IMS, TPM, and training initiatives.
  • Liaises with other functions for seamless plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing operations, excellent technical knowledge, and leadership skills. They should also possess experience working in multicultural environments, proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and other operating software, as well as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Ceramics/Chemical with 15-20 years of experience.
  • Age limit: 45 years.
  • Preferred: Work experience in Refractory Plants, preferably Basic brick manufacturing.
