Job Role Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients across various communication channels. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Language Skills:
  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Hindi: Excellent verbal communication skill.
  • Kannada: Excellent verbal communication skill.
  • Any other Indian regional language knowledge is a valuable asset.
