- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Hindi: Excellent verbal communication skill.
- Kannada: Excellent verbal communication skill.
- Any other Indian regional language knowledge is a valuable asset.
