Senior Sales Closure Manager

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Sales Manager at Kohinoor Group in Pune. The job offers a competitive salary of ₹50,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:The Sales Closure Manager will be responsible for closing commercial sales deals at our showroom and office spaces in Pune.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Commercial Sales- Showroom & Office Spaces with knowledge of West micro-markets
- Closing commercial sales deals
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Developing strong relationships with clients
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Confidence and ability to interact with clients
- Good market knowledge and awareness of market trends
- Post Graduate preferred with Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial sales experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate commercial Closing function
- Extrovert personality and passionate about the field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
